এক ধরণের স্যান্ডউইচ যেটা পাঁউরুটি, কিছু পুর, এবং চিজ-এর স্তর দেওয়া, কখনও কখনও চিজ-কে কুচি করে দেওয়া হয়৷ এর পর এই স্যান্ডউইচ-কে ঝাঁঝরিতে ঝলসে নেওয়া অথবা ভাজা হয় যাতে চিজ গলে যায়৷ এটা পরিবেশন করার সময়, শুধু পুর লাগানো একটা স্লাইস দেওযা যেতে পারে অথবা দুটো স্লাইস-কে একটার ওপর একটা দিয়েও, পরিবেশন করা যেতে পারে৷
