privación de alimentos

En muchos experimentos con animales con el refuerzo de los alimentos, es necesario que deje de darle alimentos al animal por un período de tiempo, para que el experimentador puede utilizar los alimentos como un refuerzo eficaz. Cuando un animal no ha comido durante un tiempo, la frecuencia de consumo aumenta junto con las conductas que han llevado a la alimentación en el pasado.
