angioplastia con balón
A la angioplastia con balón es un procedimiento médico en el que se utiliza un balón para abrir los vasos sanguíneos estrechos o bloqueados del corazón, conocido como arterias coronarias. Un tubo largo, delgado llamado catéter con un balón desinflado en la punta se introduce en el segmento de arteria estrechada. Entonces se infla el globo y el segmento estrechado se amplió. Luego se desinfla el balón y se retira el catéter.
