Ханука
Also spelled Chanukah, Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday that lasts for eight days, celebrated as a re-dedication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.
A nine-branch candelabrum, or Menorah, is typically displayed. The middle candle (the shamash)is used to light the other candles, one lit each night of the eight-day celebration.
